Before You Start

The following are tasks to be completed prior to your first day and will be sent to the email address used on your application. Please check your email regularly over the next few weeks to ensure you do not miss any forms or notifications. You may also want to check your spam folders as sometimes emails can be inadvertently moved to spam if they are from a new contact.

Vaccination

To ensure the safety of our workforce, the University of Miami / Miller School of Medicine / UHealth (UHealth) System encourages that all faculty and staff receive an influenza (flu) vaccination annually. Faculty and staff who work in patient care areas and choose not to be vaccinated will be required to wear a mask while at work during the flu season. If an accommodation is needed, an exemption for religious or medical reasons will need to be approved prior to being hired.
